Produces pure white roots with a round uniform shape. Fantastic sweet flavour and is an ideal replacement for Detroit White.

Outstanding in colour and quality, does not bleed when cooked..

Beetroot ~ Bulls Blood

Triple-purpose beet. Harvest the deep maroon-red leaves of this beet at baby leaf stage for tasty salads, use the sweet, tender, deep red roots when small for baby beets or allow to mature into full size beets for roasting or boiling.

Traditional Italian beetroot with decorative white rings when sliced; very tender with a mild flavour.
